AThe process of participating in "Hey cool Cup" Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is pretty simple. First, register as a "Hey cool Cup" user, register online at the member center. Prepare information on project, company and core team members when registering. It is worth noticing that before filling registration form, please have a look at the contents of “Registration Instructions”. “Registration Instructions” gives out detailed explanation upon the key points in online registration. Before filling online registration, you’d better also have a look at “Sample Registration Form”, so as to have a better understanding on the contents involved in the registration form. Participants should as well pay attention to notice and information about filling out the registration materials online in “Competition Notice”.

ANot necessarily. A safe way to do when registering is to fill in most of the contents, and temporarily save it in the system. Once contents are improved, submit the form before deadline. The material in temporarily save status can be modified; once submitted, registration information cannot be changed, and the material submitted will be considered as basis for acceptance.

AA business plan is a written document for entrepreneur to start a new business, engage in project development, and achieve investment promotion or other development goals. Via comprehensive analysis on the internal and external factors, it thoughtfully describes project nature, potential advantages, market prospects, team building, how to implement the project, financial management, investment income, risk prediction and control, and investment exit mechanism. The competition website lists the key points for writing a business plan for reference only. Please do not be partial when writing a business plan. A business plan should cover discussion on multiple aspects including technology, market, product service, sales strategy, and financial operation for a period of time. A common issue in composing a business plan is sole emphasis on how advanced the project technology is, and in lack of how to transform technology into product and how to make profit. This issue affects project docking. Hence, participants, please pay great attention to this.

AForms must be filled out in Chinese. Business plan must be written in Chinese. Foreign language can be used when concerning study or work unit, and professional terms. In addition, email used when registering by participant shall be able to normally display Chinese.
