AThe competition organizing committee attach high importance on confidentiality of the participating projects. Experts and all staff participating in the competition sign a commitment letter to ensure that any creative and intellectual achievements of participating projects will not be leaked. After evaluation is completed, only brief introduction of shortlisted project will be released to the public. Information for project negotiation, docking preparation, brief introduction to be released to public, and other relevant information to be released to public, shall all be determined by the participant himself. In the process of project promotion, if venture capital, enterprise and other organization are interested in the project, and ask for further project information, the competition organizing committee will strictly adhere to the principle, and provide no project detailed information to the public, but inform the shortlisted participant about the relevant institution, and let the project holder to directly contact the institution that shows interest, in order to grasp the scale of providing detailed project information. Prior to promotion of the project, co-organizers of the competition, also sign confidentiality agreements to ensure rigor of the work, so as to protect the intellectual property rights of the participating projects.
